Our adventure began way back in 1953 and since then has pursued just one mission: to make our customers' travels unique and unforgettable.
We have a team of around sixty staff who, with enthusiasm and efficiency, collaborate to optimise the work with their own ideas, expertly combining these with reliability, transparency, flexibility and above all with the professionalism that has always been our trademark.
So it is pure team spirit that has led to our achieving excellent results, our adaptation to the many changes in tourism, making us stronger and happy to take on and overcome the constant flow of new challenges.
The focus of all our attention is the customer.
Our help begins during the choice of vacation, after which we take care of every detail, from accommodation to guided visits, guaranteeing a vacation that is perfect and memorable.
To achieve these results an in-depth awareness of the area is crucial, and we at Ovest, offering only the best to our customers, scrupulously select the accommodation options, choosing interesting itineraries accompanied by expert, knowledgeable guides who, now more often using the headset audio systems, offer every participant the chance to listen to the explanations without missing any of the details.
One of the secrets of our success is our excellent relationship with suppliers, one of mutual respect, working together to aim for one result only: customer satisfaction.
We have a team that regularly visits the hotels and restaurants we use, and we are always on the lookout for new opportunities so that we can constantly offer the best possible options to our guests.
The hotels are chosen with great care, and a list of menus is selected for the entire duration of a tour. Local guides are booked through official associations, most museums and places of interest accept our vouchers, and all our tour hosts and hostesses are qualified and officially authorised to work in Italy.
“Travelling is like dreaming: the difference is that, on waking, not everyone remembers the journey, whereas everyone vividly preserves the memory of where they have stayed.”
Edgar Allan Poe
